A monthly conversation
We usually reserve one substantial conversation each month to look at the bigger picture, make decisions, and choose priorities. We can meet sooner when a real decision or blocker calls for it.
Sessions with a purpose
We meet when we can make useful progress together: review a page, resolve a positioning question, or build something in real time. We leave with an outcome.
Clear written communication
Email and shared documents are good places for context, feedback, decisions, and progress. They give us a record and room to think.
Protected focus time
Once we are aligned, I protect uninterrupted stretches to research, connect ideas, write, design, and refine. I share the work at meaningful points so you can shape it.
On using AI
Tools move fast.
Judgment still matters.
I use AI where it helps me explore, research, draft, and test possibilities. It can accelerate parts of the process, but it doesn't decide what is true to your business or what will feel right to your customer.
I question what it produces, check claims, revise the language and visuals, and keep iterating until the work feels specific, natural, and human. The care is in the choices we make along the way.
